Our daily small group sightseeing walks are a maximum of 10 people. On some occasions though, they are more intimate. To guarantee a personalised guided walk though, it would be advised to book a private tour.
We offer a range of itineraries including the City's multi-faceted history, it's hidden secrets, the magical Botanic Gardens, or a discovery of Darwin's alluring street artscapes.
Walk Darwin caters for most travellers and age groups through scheduled daily departures, personalised and private tours, cruise ship shore excursions, and group-specific walks, and we are one of Darwin's accessible and inclusive tour operators.

Exploring a city on foot allows the opportunity to discover hidden treasures that would otherwise be missed when distracted by traffic or limited by the content of a guidebook. A guided walk with a local guarantees you’ll get to experience the city, its history, its people, its flavours and its sights whilst meeting someone who actually lives here and who can answer your questions.
Tours are leisurely paced and depart in the mornings and afternoons when it's cooler - never during the heat in the middle of the day. Your comfort is our focus. The commentary is spoken, not a recording, allowing the guide to stop and answer your questions. Your guide has a broad knowledge of everything Darwin, from history and heritage, to current events, street art, flora and fauna.
The "Darwin Heritage Walk" is perfect for an overview of the city, allowing you the rest of the day to explore or simply relax, whilst the "Hidden Secrets of Darwin" is for the more adventurous keen to learn more of Darwin's multicultural community and street art. The "WWII Reflections Walk" is our recommendation for the keen military heritage traveller and whether you're a gardener or simply like plants, flowers and birds, the "Walk the Botanic Gardens" is an enjoyable way to end your day.

7 days - >48 hours prior - 50% of ticketed fare;
48 hours prior - no refund;
Day of tour / Failure to arrive at departure point by departure time - no refund.
