Cancellation Policy
Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). For cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival booking funds will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival booking funds will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of arrival no refund will be given. In all cases however the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability with no cancellation fee applied. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

Coxy's Retreat
Coxy's Retreat is a fully self contained air conditioned 2 bedroom holiday house surrounded by deep wrap around verandahs which provide oodles of space for outdoor living. Located 128km by road from Darwin or a quick 15 minute ferry trip across Darwin Harbour, Coxy's Retreat is perfect for a tropical holiday or a quick break from Darwin.
Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The comfortable air-conditioned living area is complemented by the ample outside living spaces.
Coxy's Retreat is set on a semi-rural block and has a quiet secluded feel to it. There is plenty of room to park the boat, space for the kids to ride their bikes and natural bush to explore. We are pet friendly.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is set amongst natural bushland and tropical gardens. You will see an abundance of birdlife, many wallabies and lots of other native wildlife.
The property is architecturally designed to make the most of our wonderful tropical climate, easy going lifestyle and views of natural bushland.

Guests have a unique opportunity to unwind within close proximity to Darwin. Wagait Beach is an easy 128km drive from Darwin on fully sealed roads or just 15 minutes across the harbour if travelling by ferry. Pickups/transfers from the ferry are available on request.
