Terms and Conditions

COOINDA LODGE:
For all bookings made on a package deal any amendments and cancellations must be received by the bookings centre at least 7 days prior to arrival. Inside 7 days full fees will apply for any cancellation or amendment.
For bookings made on a daily rate we require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking with no charge. 100% fee will occur if cancel within 48 hours. Failure to arrive will incur full fees.
PLEASE NOTE -Facilities available are limited during our Wet Season Operations . For all amendments or cancellations please contact the bookings centre directly.

KATHERINE VISITOR CENTRE:
Amendments: an amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings made will incur a $22.00 administration fee.
