Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to bookings@pinecreekrailwayresort.com.au
There is no fee charged for cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival. Under 14 days prior to arrival 50% of the total accommodation will be charged as the cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given, however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability.
Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
