Darwin Entertainment Centre (DEC) is the Northern Territory's premier live performance venue, showcasing the best of international, national and local performing arts and entertainment.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
All tickets sold or issued are subject to the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice, a copy may be obtained from liveperformance.com.au or from Box Office.
Tickets are valid only when purchased through Darwin Entertainment Centre, NTix or an authorised agent.
Tickets may not be on-sold at a premium (including via online auction sites), nor may they be used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. Darwin Entertainment Centre reserves the right to cancel any ticket sold or offered for resale in breach of this condition, without notice and without a refund, and the ticketholder may be refused entry into the event.
Refunds will be provided to ticketholders where an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated, or where required by law. In the case of a reschedule or relocation, Darwin Entertainment Centre reserves the right to implement a limited timeframe wherein refund requests will be honoured, per the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
A refund shall not be provided where a ticketholder is dissatisfied with an event, refused entry or evicted from an event, fails to attend the event or their ticket is lost or stolen without proof of purchase being provided.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and in the best interests of the safety of our patrons and staff, we will provide a credit against a patron’s account upon receiving a medical certificate or government confirmation of a COVID positive status if you are unable to attend an event due to COVID-19 illness. Credit applies to the ticket value of the affected individual/s only. The credit will be applicable for use against any ticket purchase for 12 months from the date of issue.
The right is reserved to not replace lost or stolen tickets where seating is general admission. Darwin Entertainment Centre encourages tickets purchased in advance to be treated like cash.
Particulars of the performance may be changed without prior notice. Darwin Entertainment Centre reserves the right to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists, venue and seating arrangements as necessary.
Tickets and valid concession cards must be retained throughout the performance and venue management reserve the right to evict any person or persons not in possession of a valid ticket.
The right of admission is reserved by venue management. Any ticketholder that arrives after the scheduled commencement time of the event may not be allocated to their designated seat or area until there is a convenient break in the program, if any.
Patrons who disrupt a performance or do not comply with the Conditions of Entry may be asked to leave the venue without refund of the ticket purchase.

By entering this facility, all persons agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
All persons entering this facility, must conduct themselves in a proper and reasonable manner. Darwin Performing Arts Centre Inc and/or the Hirer of the facility, reserves the right at their absolute discretion to refuse admission to, and/or to eject from, the facility any person whose conduct is, or is deemed by Darwin Performing Arts Centre Inc, or its servants or agents, or the Hirer or its servants or agents, to be unlawful, disorderly, disruptive or offensive or is in breach of these Conditions of Entry.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility. Persons who fail to obey a direction from the Owner/Hirer of the facility or a person authorised by the Owner or Hirer to cease smoking in the facility or to leave the facility while smoking may be immediately removed from the facility.
Persons entering the facility agree to comply with any reasonable direction of any employee or agent of Darwin Performing Arts Centre Inc or the Hirer of the facility or any employee or agent of the Hirer.
For the safety and security of patrons and other occupiers of the facility, closed circuit television cameras are in use at this facility.
Darwin Performing Arts Centre Inc and its servants or agents and/or the Hirer of the facility, its servants or agents reserves the right to inspect/search bags of all persons who enter the facility. This may include the touching of the outside of the bag or seeking assistance of the bag owner to remove items from a bag.
The right to remove any person from the facility is reserved if the person’s behaviour is considered dangerous or unacceptable.
Darwin Performing Arts Centre Inc practices Responsible Service of Alcohol. Any person who in the opinion of Darwin Performing Arts Centre, its employees or agents or the Hirer of the facility, its employees or agents is intoxicated will be removed from the facility.
As a minimum for entry in to the facility, all persons must be appropriately clothed. This includes the wearing of appropriate/acceptable footwear for all persons. All motorcycle riders are required to remove their helmet prior to entering the facility.
In the event a person is required to leave the facility at the request of Darwin Performing Arts Centre, its employees or agents or the Hirer of the facility, its employee or agents, Police may be called to assist in removing people from the facility.
All persons entering this facility and any Darwin Performing Arts Centre Inc and/or Hirer event are advised that photography, audio and video recording may occur. Darwin Performing Arts Centre Inc and/or Hirer reserves the right to the release, publication, exhibition or reproduction of this media for any purpose.
