Barramundi Adventures Darwin is a land-based, catch and release barramundi fishing farm, designed and operated by two born and raised Territorians. Located in Beautiful Berry Springs which is situated at the southern end of Darwin harbour, 45 minutes by road and 25 minutes via boat from the Darwin CBD, we are located just off Cox Peninsula Rd, the gateway to Litchfield National Park and some of the Top End’s most popular fishing destinations. Barramundi Adventures Darwin is unique in being the Top End’s only land-based, recreational barramundi fishing venture. The Fishing ponds are designed to mimic the surrounding wild estuarine environment where amongst an abundance of Barramundi you can also find Mangrove Jack, Golden Snapper, crabs, prawns and many other aquatic species. We are family friendly, and offer the perfect environment to introduce children and beginners to the thrills of catching their first fish. With expert guide’s here to help we can cater to any skill level, we have also gone to the extra effort in making our venue wheel chair friendly so that nobody miss’s out in the thrill of catching a Barra. Currently stocked with 3000+ barramundi, all visitors will have a great chance of landing a Barra out of our fully stocked ponds or from the comfort and shade of our casting deck. Barramundi Adventures Darwin has a licensed bar, large eating area, 6 meter high viewing tower and are able to facilitate large scale functions including corporate team building events, school programs, birthdays, bucks and hen’s parties. No gear, no problem! We have rods, reals and tackle available for your use or you can bring your own. We also offer remote charter's from our 6.5 meter Bosten Whaler bay boat for those that are looking to get out and explore our beautiful Top End water ways.
