The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation and the remaining amount in the 3 days before arrival.
You will receive an email requesting you provide a valid credit card and photographic ID prior to checkin. A Credit Card pre-authorisation for $200.00 (1 & 2 bedroom) or $500 (3 bedroom) or $500 cash deposit for your stay is required for all bookings.
