We have two CMCA RV Parks in the Northern Territory at Humpty Doo and Batchelor.

CMCA RV Park Humpty Doo NT

Open during the NT dry season. Located at the rear of the iconic Humpty Doo Hotel, this park offers a relaxed stay on a flat site with direct access to the hotel and all its services. Park guests are able to use the hotel swimming pool also. The park includes level sites for all sized RVs, 2 dump points, potable water and an on-site custodian. Only 2km to a local Woolworths and 12km from Coolalinga Shopping Village. Use the park as a base to explore Kakadu, Litchfield and Darwin City. Access is from Zamia Road off the Arnhem Highway. A limit of 14 nights applies. Vehicles must not be left unattended overnight. Brand new unisex toilets and showers are available to park guests for a small fee of $3.00 per booking per night, to help with cleaning costs. You have a choice when booking to include amenities in your stay or not. You will still need to be fully self-contained to stay at the RV park though.

CMCA RV Park Sundance Farm Batchelor NT

This large flat park is located just 2km east of Batchelor NT. The park caters for self-contained RVs and includes level sites with a dump point, fresh water, happy hour shelter, and communal fire pit. Our friendly Park Custodians will greet you and make you feel welcome. Batchelor is the gateway to Litchfield National Park, the most visited tourist attraction in the Top End. Pets are welcome on leads. This is a working farm so care should be taken around other activities. The RV Park is accessed from Batchelor Road. If you are heading south towards Batchelor and see the large solar farm on your left you have gone too far. The entrance gate is on the left before the solar farm. The gates are locked after 6.30pm each night and you will need a code to access the park or leave after hours. Vehicles must not be left unattended overnight.
