Charlie's of Darwin is a place to enjoy a cocktail in the comfort of the chesterfield lounge, or sit at the bar and talk about what is the next tipple to enjoy. Alternatively, sit above the street and look out over the beautiful Raintree Park from the terrace.

Charlie’s was built around Bec’s idea of having a locally produced gin that uses almost uniquely Territory ingredients. She wanted to create a modern Australian gin highlighting nature, cultural uniqueness and abundance of the Northern Territory. So, Darwin Distilling Co. was born. Located within Charlie's of Darwin - it is not there for decoration but is a working distillery with two stills. All botanicals used in the gins are sustainably harvested within a three hour drive of the Darwin distillery.

Bec and her team have fractionally distilled our uniquely Territorian botanicals and they hold blending classes so that you can create your own unique blend. $150 per person and it includes a 500mL bottle of your own blend to take home.
